From the moment me, my dad, my mom, and little brother walked in we had attentive employees who seated us as well as made small talk. We all got coconut lemonade which is basically coconut milk with lemonade as well as free water. It was so good would especially recommend if you are a coconut water lover like I am. For food I got the La mama (the mom) special which was one enchilada (you choose the type of meat mine was asada), one taco (you also choose the type of meat mine was also asada), Mexican rice, and Mexican beans. Let me tell you the fact I didn't even take a picture says a lot like all I could think of was where do I start. As for the noise it was not too loud mostly reasonable considering it’s a Saturday and was mother's day at least in Mexico. I highly recommend not eating beforehand because trust me the food will not leave you unsatisfied. Oh and the servers were always paying attention so the service is truly amazing compared to most Mexican restaurants I've been too near by in the Roswell & John's Creek area. Let me end this off by saying that the manager or who I assume was the manager even brought my mother sopaipillas which is a desert consisting of fried pastries with powdered sugar, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and cherries (we got like two which honestly just adds to the look of it). To me that gesture goes a long way since it was mother's day in Mexico I wasn't expecting it but it really made my mom's day🥹. In conclusion if your looking for a go to Mexican restaurant in the Alpharetta/Roswell area who also has seafood, American food, and children's food then...

Just had another amazing dinner at Zama Mexican Restaurant and I can't stop raving about it! This place has quickly become our family's go-to spot whenever we're craving authentic Mexican cuisine in East Roswell.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff and managers are welcoming and fun to talk to. What really sets Zama apart is their commitment to fresh ingredients and really awesome flavors. Their guacamole is made tableside and is absolutely perfect – chunky with just the right amount of lime and cilantro.

For those of us living on the East Roswell side, this restaurant is such a welcome addition! And it's perfectly situated for a relaxing night out or lunch during your day.

The service deserves special mention – always attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Our server remembered us from our previous visit and even recommended a new dish based on what we'd enjoyed before. This time we had 3 more folks with us and they loved it too. We even got sopapillas for the newbies, but enough for all to share. I tried to capture a picture of the sopapillas, but that didn't work out and I don't even know why I tried.

If you're in East Roswell and haven't visited Zama yet, you're truly missing out on one of the area's culinary treasures. Perfect for date nights, family dinners, or even just grabbing lunch with coworkers. Five...

Zama Restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic and incredibly delicious Mexican food! My recent visit was outstanding, and I'm already planning my return. Let's talk about the food first – the tacos are simply out of this world. Each one is a burst of fresh, vibrant flavors, with perfectly cooked fillings and fantastic tortillas. You can tell they put a lot of care into every single one. And don't even get me started on the street corn; it's perfectly charred, seasoned just right, and utterly addictive. But the real showstopper, without a doubt, is the tableside guacamole. It's an experience in itself! Watching them prepare it fresh right before your eyes, customizing it to your liking, is fantastic. And the taste? Creamy, chunky, and bursting with fresh avocado, lime, and cilantro – it's the best guacamole I've ever had. Beyond the incredible food, the service is impeccable. Maria, our hostess, was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Her attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring our dining experience was flawless. She's genuinely warm and attentive, making the entire visit even more enjoyable. Zama, with its amazing food and wonderful staff like Maria, has truly set a new standard for...

Zama! Last night my family and I embarked on a impromptu culinary adventure to the sun-kissed cliffs of ancient Zama (Tulum) here in Roswell off Holcomb Bridge Rd - where Mayan magic meets modern Mexican flair! The food pays homage to the Yucatán. We all had wonderful meals; my Zama Bowl (Texas Style) was a flavor explosion with grilled meats, peppers, onions, and a perfect guac crown, while my family raved that their dishes showcased authentic recipes that transported them to Mexico’s heart (see pictures). And the cocktails! We savored wonderful concoctions - a coconut-rimmed pineapple margarita and jalapeño infused tequila beverage, each a tangy tribute to agave gods.. The service stole the show, with our waitress orchestrating the night like a maestro, delivering charm, spot-on recommendations, and magic refills, all while the staff’s lively huddle added a personal touch. My family will be back faster than you can say “cochinita pibil!” ¡Gran trabajo, has hecho un trabajo increíble - verdaderamente maravilloso! Tu esfuerzo se nota mucho
