Waffle House — Restaurant in Roswell

Ordered take out on the holiday and I was getting information about the different things on the menu and when I repeat myself just to make sure I had it correct on my end, the lady who was taking my order she said, "yes, I know I do my job very well thank you ma'am." (She was an older lady from the sound of her...) And I had to explain to her that I wasn't saying that she was wrong I had to repeated out to myself to make sure I had everything right! Just know that no one is trying to tell you how to do your job or if you did something bad or good or whatever. People sometimes just repeat thing just to make sure they said what they wanted was correct to you or whoever is taking the order not to correct you. Give it straight and don't take offense to it!

The food was good that day because whoever was cooking that day knew what the heck they were doing! Compliments to the chef! And this was my first time ever ordering...

This one is one of my top favorites. The staff is extremely interactive and engaging with its customers. Great food.

EDIT: In the past year, the third shift has really gone downhill. When you pull up to the restaurant, a male and female employee are generally sitting in the car and there is no one inside of the restaurant, On two occasions I was told that I could not dine in because it was too cold in the restaurant and they didn't want to have to stay inside. EVERY Waffle House that I have ever entered was cold and the point of that is to get you in and out.

These two employees are always in the same vehicle, watching movies. In addition, the food on third shift sucks. Hash browns half cooked, eggs overcooked.

If you are going to eat here, try to get there no later than 8:30 p.m. so you can catch the second shift. Anything after 9 p.m. is going to be a total...

We stopped by this Waffle House while waiting to have my car repaired. Although I enjoy WH, all stores are NOT the same. This visit was an unexpected treat! The store is clean (yes, it has recently been upgraded - but, it's CLEAN!!)! We received amazing service from our server, Jasmine! She answered all our questions, and no request was too small! Jasmine was friendly and professional and a complete delight! It was mid-afternoon so the restaurant was a bit slow, but the food was good and hot; not like it was just sitting on a warming tray. The grits were smooth & creamy - not lumpy at all! It was apparent that Phil, the "griddle master" takes great pride in what he does to ensure his customers' needs are met! The whole visit was a pleasure - from great service to tasty food to an inviting atmosphere. My honey and I have found our new Waffle...
