Had a very tasty and filling breakfast today at the diner. Hamburger steak and eggs with hash browns and toast. Hash browns were done perfect, with nice crispy texture, and a generous portion. The hamburger steak was also generously portioned. The only minor complaint on the burger was that I asked for it medium rare, and it came served as medium well. I can overlook that on a burger. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the sour dough bread toast could have been toasted just a bit more to the brown side.
