We really wanted to enjoy this place more, we really did, but the service was just not great for us and ruined our experience here. They offered some unique German biers and cuisines that we felt like we had to try it, so we did. Maybe if you come when it’s not as busy, you would likely enjoy it more. But the service just did not do it justice. We arrived and sat right down with no wait, saw some other reviews about wait times and expected to wait but didn’t have too. It took about 10’mins for any employee to finally greet us at the table with water and eventually a bit after the waiter came by. We placed our drinks and food in and we didn’t get a drinks until 40mins later. This is pushing about close to an hour since sitting down. It seemed only after we and a few other tables complained about the wait time that they finally came out. Meanwhile, other patrons are seen just going to the bar and grabbing drinks. Other tables that arrived after us were served drinks and food too. Now our waiter was nice but overwhelmed with a bunch of tables all at once but there’s no way that wait is acceptable. Everything that night seemed behind 15-20mins for us. The food that we did order was good and drinks were fine too. They have a good variety of beers, wines, and cocktails for the German/European theme they had. So the offered a unique fare for the mountain region. Prices seemed a bit high but the service ruined the whole experience for us. We probably would have stayed longer, drank more, enjoyed it more if the service was not so off. First time visiting More Better and I already want to go back. The place had a laid-back feel, and it hit that sweet spot between lively and calm. We stopped by on a weekday, so it wasn’t packed, which made it even more enjoyable. The space looked clean, and the outdoor seating felt open and welcoming. It’s definitely the kind of spot where you want to sit for a while.

The burgers really surprised me. They were packed with flavor and stacked just right. Nothing was falling apart or making a mess, and the patty itself had that rich, cooked-to-order taste. Fries came out hot and crisp. I ended up ordering two meals instead of one, just because I couldn’t decide between the options. Both hit the spot. I would’ve liked something better than iceberg lettuce, but everything else on the burger made up for it.

The service stood out in the best way. Our server was friendly, fast, and on point without hovering. We didn’t have to ask twice for anything. That kind of attention makes the meal even better. I didn’t try any drinks this time, but the menu looked solid with a good mix of beer and cocktails. Prices felt a bit high, but not out of range compared to other spots, and they offer deals if you hit the right time.

During a Friday early evening family visit to More Better, we experienced several service and food issues that marked our worst visit there. Although we were seated within 10 minutes despite the restaurant being short-staffed and low on menus, the tables were very thin, causing discomfort with knees bumping across. We ordered a variety of dishes including a fish sandwich, salmon salad, burger, fish and chips, and chicken strips. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive, with the fish sandwich arriving 15 minutes earlier than the rest. The server kept the sandwich warm in the kitchen, but when the other food arrived, they forgot to return the sandwich. The salmon was undercooked and took over 20 minutes to be re-served after being sent back to the kitchen. By this time, my wife was so upset she lost her appetite and left without eating, and I did not eat my fish sandwich while waiting for her meal.

When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the waitress admitted to the mistake with the fish sandwich but blamed my wife for not specifying how she wanted the salmon cooked. The manager was very kind and sympathetic, comping our entire meal and providing a $50 gift card for a future visit, apologizing sincerely for the poor experience.
