I have been visiting Rocky Mountain Chocolate for as long as I can remember. My father and I used to travel to Estes Park, Colorado every Christmas, just the two of us as he traveled a lot for work. We would walk around downtown, do some shopping, grab some food, and visit RMCF. I would grab a caramel apple and a chocolate turtle and he would grab rocky road fudge. They had PLENTY of new items, including decorated chocolate dipped twinkies (of course, the kiddos wanted those lol) and a gigantic chocolate rice krispie treat. We grabbed some rocky road fudge (in honor of my late father), a Spiderman caramel apple, two twinkies, a regular rice krispie treat, white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate turtle clusters, and some chocolate covered espresso beans. Let me tell you...the fudge was JUST as I remembered as were the turtle clusters! This is the closest one to us, so I can't go often, BUT believe I'll be back to stock up on a few more items!!! Read moreMaria is awesome!!! Visited today and the atmosphere was awesome until Stacy showed up. The place is small and was a bit crowded, my husband was asking Maria some questions about different items and the chocolate soda became the topic. My husband said he would buy one and before you know it five other people decided to get one as well. One of the other customers decided to purchase the sodas for everyone. As my husband was asking questions Stacy's jokes were not typical humor, more like dry bar jokes at one point even calling him a boy (he didn't hear her). I walked outside and waited for the store to clear so I could talk with her but that never happened. Her behavior is not acceptable and calling a grown man a boy is never ok especially...

YOUNG KID WAS HELPING SOMEONE, THEN HE HELPED ANOTHER PERSON, THEN HE STARTED CLEANING UP THE PLACE OR ORGANIZING. NEVER ONCE SAID IF HE COULD HELP US. WE WAITED ABOUT 15 MINUTES AND THE LADY THERE KEPT TALKING ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME. DID NOT OFFER HELP. WE WALKED OUT AND NIETHER ONE OF THEM SAID SORRY OR TO CALL US BACK INSIDE. AWFUL PLACE, AWFUL PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. THEY HAVE NO SHAME TO LET US STAND THERE. SHOULD HAVE JUST TOLD US TO LEAVE IF DIDN'T WANT TO ASSIST US. THEY MUST BE DOING REAL GOOD IN BUSINESS THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN. THEY HAVE BECOME A WALMART. ...
