A Crown Jewel of the Hopatcong area. The absolute best pizza you'll ever have in the North West part of the state. New Jersey is spoiled when it comes to pizza, it's true. Travel anywhere else and you'll likely be disappointed. But because the bar is so high, an average slice here, is a golden slice somewhere else. For residents of this state though, we crave something different. And that's not always found due to complacency in an artform we excell at. Cambiotti's does things differently. The second you open your box, you'll already know you're eating something different due to the scent and appearance. They place an emphasis on their home-made sauce which is delicious. A good balance of tart and sweet. They don't just pile on the cheese to hide an uninspired sauce, but the cheese too, is a unique blend. The crust is thinner than most in the area but it's not like a cracker. I've been eating here since 1999 and I still can't get enough of it. As a long-time fan, might I suggest you try their Everything Pie? We call it a Garbage Pie in my house but it seems few understand that slang anymore. In any event, it's a real...

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I've been a long time customer since moving to the area. The dinners, salads and sandwiches are also great. Gourmet Italian food. World class pizza. World class meatballs. However the staff member that answers the phones on Friday is new and she isn't cutting it. Besides being rude, she messes up orders. I can live with rude. I've worked in busy, high quality pizza places like this one. Friday night can be hell. But get my order right. It's never major enough to call and complain. It's always little things. She'll forget to add mozz to a pasta dish I ordered baked parm style. She'll send you 2 pies, one plain, one pepperoni when you ordered 1 pie half pepperoni. That was rectified at the door but the poor delivery guy had to call the store and I had to choose from 2 pies I didn't order. Fix the delivery system and it's 5 stars all the way. For now the food is 6 STARS. Seriously, order the pizza. It's amazing. But they gotta fix the phone order system. She's rude and quick to get off the phone. As a result she...

I ordered a white pizza with broccoli for pick-up. When I opened the box at home I saw that it was missing the broccoli. I called Cambiotti's and the employee's answer was that I had to specify, upon placing the order, if I wanted broccoli on it. I replied to her that I did indeed specify since I saw on the menu that there is a choice between broccoli or spinach for the topping. They offered to make another pie if I came to pick it up and bring back the plain white one. After telling them that I wasn't going to drive back, they agreed to deliver the new pie, but informed me that I would have to still give back the first one. A few minutes later, they came and delivered the right pie and took the other one back.

All in all, the pie itself was good, but I was turned off by the exchange we had on the phone. Why assume that I didn't specify a topping? And then, why ask that I come back to pick up the new pie? The business should offer to deliver if it's their mistake. Not to mention that they wanted the...

I happened to come across someone's post online and I instantly started to drool. I'm not usually a thin crust person but I absolutely had to try the pizza here. The next day I grabbed my family and headed to the restaurant. We got the 16" thin crust with half sausage. They use a conveyor oven here so it came out in no time and it was cooked perfectly. I can't even tell you how delicious this pizza is. The cheese is not your standard mozzarella. It's sharp cheddar and the sauce was a little sweet which made a nice balance of the salt from the cheese. Needless to say I don't think any of us wasted time eating this pie because it was gone in minutes. I wish I could tell them to par bake some pizzas for me to keep in my freezer for a rainy day. I definitely recommend coming here if you can.

thursday night, picked up a medium tomato pie, an order of cavatelli w/broccoli and ravioli in pink sauce. great pizza, nice and crispy. don't think I've had a tomato pie before, this was a great introduction. the cavatelli. it's the first time I've ordered it around the area and it hasn't been in a cream-based sauce, but in an oil-based sauce. exactly what I've been looking for. only suggestions - MORE GARLIC and pieces of broccoli as opposed to the broccoli that looks like it was put through a blender. ravioli in pink sauce was very good. cambiottis is a winner July '23 edit - guess we got em on an off night, pizza was cooked too long and the calamari wasn't sliced

I LOVE this restaurant! I was passing by in this area around town and surprised to see it next to the fire house. I grabbed two slices and immediately fell in love with it! I never had such good pizza in a while and the flavor on the pizza is pretty amazing! The workers are very friendly and more than happy to take your order. I will definitely be coming back for some more! Also, thank you guys for having awesome service!
