2 stars because their Sunday brunch/buffet for $13 plus tax is horrible. Probably the worst breakfast I've had. They ran out of deviled eggs, which was the only other thing besides iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, baby carrots, Italian dressing and ranch. That was it. The ranch I put on my salad was bad/sour and I almost threw up. They originally had salt in the ranch dispenser. So to my surprise when I turned it up to put onto my salad it wasn't ranch. Very very limited brunch items and most had been out all morning. We ate at 1215 and I'm sure the food had been out since 9. The only reason for 2 stars is their bacon cheeseburgers on the jalapeño bun and fresh cooked fries are pretty good. If I come back I will definetly stay away from the brunch. I will update if I get food poisoning, because I'm not feeling too good right now.

I had the steak special this evening (served on Monday & Saturday). It comes with a trip to the salad bar and a loaded baked potato. If you don't want it, you can sub the potato for fries or onion rings. There were a couple of other sub options, but I can't recall them. My steak was cooked perfectly (medium-rare) and was very flavorful! It wasn't seasoned real heavily, so you could taste the quality in the beef. The potato was big enough that you could've split it between two people. Our waitress was nice and attentive. It is just a little pricy but not outrageous. The taste and service make up for it. Nonetheless, it is a decent place to eat for a night out every now and then.

Great little country store on Bridgeport Lake with a little bit of everything. Meat market, bait shop, gas station, convenience store, eclectic clothing, beer store, and best of all...it's a little dive burger joint. Not a big menu selection but they have a daily special and really, really great burgers and onion rings (see pics). The pies are homeade and are pretty tasty. The ladies running the place are nice and it is definitely a small town atmosphere...so DON'T BE IN A HURRY. This is going to become a regular place for us...

I never thought I would say this, but, I bought 3 absolutely beautiful porterhouse steaks at a gas station! I was out on my motorcycle this morning and decided to stop and plan out what I was going to do today and well ... I went in and looked around and like all small town stores they do a bit of everything. I noticed the meat case and decided to look at what was available and they had some really nice steaks. The lady said it was unusual for them to have the porters, but I just couldn't leave them. Eventhough I was about 100 miles away from home, I didn't have a cooler or a place to put one, I snatched up 3 steaks, I just couldn't leave them. So I wrapped them up in my hoodie that was still on the bike from this spring and hauled tail home. They were still cold when I got home and can't wait to cook them up on the charcoal grill. Will...
