Possum Holler Pizza — Restaurant in Rupert

Horrible service and no help after the fact! Last night I went in and ordered food for my whole family I asked for: "1small Hawaiian pizza ,a large cheese steak with just the cheese and meat no onions or peppers, a small bone in wings and a 3pc tenders and small fries" and spent 60 plus dollars I then get my food and get in the car I love across the street so pull to my house and take it inside and see that my wings are boneless but I know I paid for bone in because they are a few dollars more and I know what I asked for then I look for my cheese steak and it's not in the bag but the tenders fries and wings are in the bag so I immediately go well then what the heck is in the box that i thought the tenders or wings were in I look and it's a pizza with STEAK MEAT AND CHEESE???? so I immediately take it back across the street and say hey I'm sorry I'm not trying to complain but I ordered bone in wings and a large cheese steak they look over the receipt and basically come up with some half ass excuse as to why they messed up and I stand there a second totally expecting them to correct the order I've worked in several restaurants as a cook and anytime I've ever seen an order get messed up we take it back and make the customer the correct order but instead they just looked at me and said oh well and didn't do anything to fix it so now I haven't had anything for Friday nights PAYDAY fast food dinner with the family every Friday we order out or get fast food and now I'm out 60bucks and haven't even gotten something for myself my daughter and grandmother both got there 10 bucks worth of chicken strips and 7inch small 9 dollar pizza but the other 39 dollars worth of food is still sitting in the store because I didn't take the wrong orders I told them that it was B.S and I'm not gonna take it now I'm gonna try to get in touch with someone that's owns the place or manager because I honestly feel like I've been done wrong and that the employees should of done better to fix the situation I was very polite when I placed order and very polite when bringing in the food that was wrong it wasn't until the very end when I was leaving empty handed that I did say out loud "this is B.S" wouldn't recommend this place to anybody thinking about trying in future and if you do I hope you get what u pay for because they won't fix it...

I did not get photos unfortunately but the service and food was great! We went to West Virginia to visit our son and daughter. My husband is from there originally. He mentioned this place and I just had to try it. We placed our order for a large pepperoni pizza, a medium supreme, cheese sticks and fried mushrooms. Everything was sooo much better than expected. Employees were wearing their masks but I could still tell they were smiling! Hot, fresh and definitely worth a drive all of the way from Michigan. We will come visit again soon! I am always craving a good pizza in a classic pizza joint. This place delivers that experience nicely. The pizza was different from what I've had at other small town pizza joints, which I liked. It made this places pizza style unique for me. The service was great and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Great seating and I loved the arcade section. Arcade games are a key element when it comes to pizza joints. Possum Holler Pizza is an ideal stop when passing by Rupert on the way to I-64. I definitely wanna go back here and eat...
