El Rancho Grande — Restaurant in Russellville

Enchiladas supreme were watery with meat processed either frozen or canned.. it was bland and grainy.. the only way to make it edible was to cover it in salsa and queso… the beans were runny n rice was bland likely processed resembling more soupy than anything once the fork entered into it…The only truly pleasant part was the man that came and sang by me our table creating a lighthearted environment. That man NEEDS a raise! He was absolutely amazing and friendly as anything….. if n I say IF I ever returned…. It would ONLY to order a sweet tea & hear him play! Our waitress Berneaci? Only came by the table 2x.. so long we waited for the check that we waved another server down for to go boxes and FINALLY got the check. We literally had to go to the hostess stand as once again our server was mia -.- We spent $37 and change… left hungry and irritated. I’m not the type to complain so I’m not going to whine for a free meal as I honestly wouldn’t return if they paid me to.

Ok, we just moved here to Auburn Kentucky from Oregon and was looking for a New Mexican food restaurant. We was in Walmart shopping so I googled Mexican food and El Rancho Grande was right across the street 👍🏻😊 we had our little dog and they welcomed us to sit inside everyone was so friendly, we had two fajita lunch specials and I had a corona. When our meal arrived sizzling hot I was amazed of the generous portions of our meals and really wasn’t expecting a lunch special of that proportions and to top it off it was perfect and delicious. We highly recommend if you are in the area to give El Rancho Grande your business, you definitely won’t be disappointed. They are now our favorite Mexican food restaurant⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and dog 🐶...

Took my wife out for her birthday. Place was clean but very busy. Food was typical microwaved Mexican food but tasted good. My chili reliano was overcooked. I didn't care for the rice but my wife did so taste preferences apply I guess. She don't cook I'm a chef. Hmmm. Anyhoots the disappointment of the night was they knew it was her birthday and they did nothing. I heard them sing happy birthday to someone else and I thought she'd be next. But nothing.
