My fiance and I used to come here all the time. After tonight I doubt that we will be back. Our waitress was extremely rude and condescending. We ordered out food and instead of a side of vegetable rice we were given a whole portion. We tried to give it back and explained there was an error and the waitress REFUSED to take it away (we never even touched the plate at this point) she brought the rest of our food and again we explained that it was an error and she said "that's not a side" walked away and never returned to our table, never refilled drinks or asked us if we wanted a box. We flagged the other girl working who was trying to help us and the original girl cut in and was so freaking rude. So we asked for a manager.... Who never came over just sent the first girl back over who began telling at us. I told her she was being extremely rude and that she needed to stop. That prompted her yelling at us as we tried to leave the restaurant. I kept telling her to quit yelling and she kept saying that we should just leave that she's "been there for a year and half and no one ever orders veggie rice as a side. It's not on the menu". The manager there did nothing. She stood there and let her employee yell at us.

I understand sometimes customers can be difficult, asking for menus because they just can't seem to memorize a couple of pages of food choices, and that can be extremely frustrating. The sushi rice was not the right type of rice and the rice for the sushi was unseasoned absolutely horrible.
