Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rutland City

Me and my boyfriend use this dunkin location almost everyday, we’ve never had issues before today. Me and my boyfriend went in and got a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese,hash browns, And two drinks, NOT A HARD ORDER! We got our drinks and they were perfect, our bagel wasnt toasted so we politely asked one of the employees if she could remake it because it wasn’t toasted, she insisted that she toasted the bagel and we got out to our car and opened the bag and the bagel was ice cold and hadn’t been toasted. It wasn’t a big deal until we went back inside to politely ask this worker if she could please toast our bagel. She trash talked us to her employee and threw a hissy fit when making the bagel, she said to her employee “now I’m gonna definitely toast there bagel, I’m gonna burn it” we get the bagel and we leave and go out to our car and open it and she burnt our bagel extremely and put butter on it instead of cream cheese. I understand it’s just a bagel but the amount of disrespect me and my boyfriend receive was unreal. Just a tip for the employee if you still want customers LEARN HOW TO HAVE...

I have frequented this location for 6+years as it's right around the corner from my house and will no longer be doing so. Normally service meets expectations for a Dunkin'. Today however was the exception. The young "lady" working the counter and her boyfriend (not employed by DD) who was hanging out in the store where having a verbal confrontation with anther customer who the boyfriend chased out of the store threating to fight the man (probably deserved as the costumer wanted to continue the fight/ altercation outside) and as I approached the counter she screamed we're closed leave, before I even said a word. No sign or change of hours were posted on the door or counter I understand the hours changed for the holiday but apparently they closed even earlier then the listed time as I checked prior to entering the store. I don't think being screamed at was necessary even during a challenging situation with a different costumer. This is possibly the most ridiculous/ disrespectful experience I've ever had in any Dunkin' or restaurant for...

This is the 2-3 time that west street morning shift dunkin has messed up on my or my friends order and we are at work so it’s not like we can go in for a new one. either foods cold or we don’t get what we asked for like ice coffee instead of hot or frozen coffee isn’t frozen or we get the wrong size ect I am fed up with it and when I call they say they will try better next time that they are understaffed but that’s bull because I worked there and when we where understaffed we still got everybody’s order correct this needs to stop I know they don’t care but I’m not going to them I’ll get McDonald’s or keep coffee at work or something because I’ve been nice and let it slide but this is now the 2-3 time enough is enough train your staff better or hire new staff that can actually make a coffee correctly when I ask for a hot coffee it’s because I want HOT not iced because it tastes gross to me when my friend wants a frozen coffee she wants it FROZEN we want the food NOT cold and we want the RIGHT...
