Their food is really yummy! It is nicely priced as well! I wanna open with this; the lady at the counter is the worst part of the establishment. This is the 7th review on this business that mentions the lady at the counter. Everyone else who works there is super nice but the lady at the counter who takes your order is absolutely horrendous. She is never in a good mood, and is always short with you and makes you feel rushed to order. I waited to make this review just to see if I caught her on a bad day but I’ve had multiple interactions with her and she’s been quite rude. But the food is good and prices are great and everyone else is nice but I think twice every time I am craving their food to see if I want to deal with her.

We’ve ordered dinner for take out a couple times. The food is good. We decided to sit down for the first time this week. What a strange dining experience. First, the lady taking orders (grouchy, but I see you already know this). The food was delicious, or it was, until it was time to clean the tables around us. Aerosol glass cleaner smells really bad and lingers for a long time in a small room. The third time she cleaned next to use we were overwhelmed and said something. The other strange thing is, we wanted another soda and were told we needed to go up front to buy one. What? Nothing says fine dining like ‘go get it yourself’. Is it a restaurant or is it a snack bar? I think you need to pick one and go with it. If it’s a restaurant, skip the front lady (win, by the sound of other reviews), seat us, bring what food and drink we want, then we pay and go. The food is very good, but the service from the woman at the counter sucks. I've been there 3 times, and the food was always good, though a bit pricey, but the wet mop that works the counter kills everything. It's easier for me to sit at the counter, but then I have to deal with her, who always seems to be in a bad mood. Never a hi, hello or welcome, never a follow-up after we're served, and if you do ask her for something, it's like you're bothering her. Outside of fast food or a delicatessen, I've never paid before I ate, so I can only guess they must have had a lot of dining and dashing, or she thinks I might. But that just blows us ordering anything additional like dessert or more food. I understand it's not easy to get rid of someone, but the owners need to decide if she's worth losing money over.
