I often come to this location and sometimes the fries are cold so I automatically ask for fresh fries. When I received my order the fries were mixed old fries with fresh fries visibly so I tasted and confirmed. I was also missing a small curly fry. When I went back the older lady at the window was immediately rude and defensive. I said I did not want to argue but if I can not get fresh fries to simply give me a refund. She said she would get me fresh fries. Her and an employee named Alex began talking about me negatively in Spanish. I asked Alex where I could find the corporate number and he said the only number they had was the store phone number outside to the right of the window. They came back with fries that where over fried to the crisp so much that the color was visibly brown. At that point I asked for a refund and Alex started to say in Spanish that I said something that I had not said. I corrected his accusations in Spanish with the manager and she just started nagging at me that the fries were fresh. I said please just give me my money and coupon and I can take my business elsewhere. As I drove off I saw a lettering with how to contact Jack in the Box so I stopped to take a picture and the lady opened her window and yelled "don't come back". I am not angry but disappointed that the food and the service was of such poor quality for the expensive prices on the menu. Unfortunately they will continue to keep the habit of not giving you fresh food for the sake of cutting food costs. That is why not over cooking food items like fries is very important, especially for the prices charged. Read moreLet me start off, I understand that I came in with a large order, and those take time, so I'm not faulting them for that. The first thing I asked for on the menu was a number 19, which I'm then told "oh I don't see 19. Yeah, we don't have 19" confidently and with an attitude. Its on their menu in front of me, so i procede to tell him what it was, and then they figured that out. But when I have to repeat myself 5 times for each individual item, I believe it's poor employee training at this point. 1st doesn't give me my total, leaves their mic hot and does sat anything to me, then why I say excuse me, I get attitude and told "just come to the window". Then, barely anything said to me when I do pull up to the window. Then I get told to back up in the drive-through with people behind me! So I ask why? I'm told with an extreme attitude "well you have a large order!"OK, so i ask why do i have to back up into other cars for this? Told because it will take a while. Ask what the difference between me waiting at the window and backing up a few feet? They get a visible look of anger on the face and proces to say, " Ugh, then can you just pull around to a spot then?" So I do so. Read moreWent thru the drive thru last night ..we ordered a Jumbo Jack with no pickles & a order of tacos..the guy working the drive thru was slow to respond & kept repeating the order wrong..after a few attempts he finally got it right. We then pulled up to the window..at the window he again asked what we ordered..we repeated our order a bit irritated by this..he asked again..my boyfriend who has damaged vocal cords asked him if he needs to speak "Mexican" in order for the order to be right. The guy working the drive thru then refused to give us our order and told us to leave. My boyfriend got out of the car and asked him why? The response was because of the "racial Mexican remark"..we told him about my boyfriend's vocal damage & to please give us our food.
