When Beto's opened on Power Inn Rd., the food was wonderful. Then the changes were happening. The waitress change, has a bad attitude, unhelpful and doesn't bring the food out anymore, nor hands you the little plastic salsa cups, I have to ask for them or get them myself, a total snob. The service could be better if she'd quit hanging out and messing with the cook. The the portions got smaller, and smaller again along with the styro plates, they got smaller. The plasticware all that remained the same. The food isn't as tasty anymore either. The carnitas tastes like it's been boiled in water, no flavor now. Taco shells had gotten smaller from what my wife and I are used to. The place is clean, that's about all that is nice about the place. When we used to go to eat, the same, very polite waitress would meet us at the counter, take our order, give us change, hand us the salsa cups, drink cups, bring our meals out to us. She always got the tip from us. This new gal, I tipped her once, returned a couple days later and her attitude was still awful. We've returned several times to see if maybe she was just having a bad day, she's having a bad day everyday. I asked my wife the other day if she'd like to go to Beto's, we used to do this every payday, she opted for Jack In The Box instead. The food there was really good. Sorry Beto's brothers, if you are making the changes, bad mistake. If it's your staff that is making the changes, better get them inline and put all of the wonderful things back the way they were. You've lot about $100/mo. and the waitresses have lost their tips from my family and I'm not recommending you to my friends either. Speaking of which, a couple have mentioned the bad service and tasteless food to me as well and haven't returned to your place since the end of September 13. I may come back next year and give you a try again later, but that's the last time if you haven't gotten your place...

My best advice if you're thinking about visiting this restaurant for good mexican food: go somewhere else instead. I've always seen this place and wanted to try it. Went on a Thursday evening, the drive thru line was not long. Was able to place my order fairly quickly, however the speaker box in which you hear their staff who is taking the order does sound like it needs to be fixed. I placed an order for two street tacos, a super burrito and 5 crunchy shredded beef tacos. That came out to $44! Ok. So I paid the ransom and went home with my food ready to devour. My mouth was instantly met with bland, cold food. The burrito was a sour disappointment - very little meat, more beans than anything and the ingredients were not evenly distributed. The tacos definitely left my tastebuts wanting. The meat had no flavor. If I have to add sauce to make it taste good that is bad. Salsa should add flavor, not BE the flavor. Overall, I think it is safe to say I will not be here again. Please take my advice, do yourself a favor and spend your well earned dollars elsewhere. -Very sorry to the restaurant owner. I wish I could leave a...
Read moreUpdate 8-25-23 This place isn't as good anymore. I'm not sure what's changed. The fries for the carne asada fries are never fully cooked. Same goes for the grilled onions and peppers in the carnitas plate. Even if you're the only one in the drive through they still rush your food. Also, lately they've been messing up my orders. Last time I was here they forgot my tortillas for my two carnitas plates. Today, they forgot two churros, tortillas and chips. I can't trust this place. I've worked fast food before and it's your job to verify the order before you give it to the customer. I blame myself for not checking my food before leaving but it's annoying I even have to do that. Quality has gone down and they short you your food that you paid for.
Original review I love this place! I always get crunchy beef tacos, california burritos, grilled chicken quesadillas, carne asada fries, carnitas super burritos and al pastor street tacos. You won't regret coming here. The red and green salsa is really delicious too! The red salsa is spicy but it's so good. The lines here can be long sometimes but the employees are quick....
