Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

This place REALLY sucks! I waited at the counter 5mins before being acknowledged even though a white female worker was clearly present. I tapped the counter while asking if anyone was working and the white female worker STILL ignored me so much so that I walked over to the pizza buffet and ate a slice of pizza! The salad bar was dirty, tables dirty, and the place was empty. I ordered a large pizza, creamy garlic sauce that was dry as heck, flavorless and bland, there was NO cheese....the addition of garlic powder black pepper and salt did nothing looked like it was thrown together using left over buffet pizza from the day before! I spoke to Ryan store mgr asking for a refund and his response was, "how did you pay" when I responded credit card he became silent as if he was angry he had to refund me for this inedible pizza. It is my strong belief that if I paid cash I would have been stuck with that trashy 42.00 pizza! I even tried eating just the toppings AND COULDN'T!! Horrible horrible pizza! My first mind was to get Papa Murphy's but I didn't listen. Shame on me! Round Table does not honor their commitments! I ordered a chicken garlic gourmet pizza for delivery and requested extra green onions on the pizza. When I received the pizza, it was cold and didn’t have a single onion on it. I called Round Table immediately to report the mistakes on my pizza, I was told by the manager, Gabby, they were sorry for the mistakes and offered two options to make my pizza right. The first option was to have a new pizza delivered that night, or she would put my name on some list and I could order the same pizza on a different day. I took option two. I called tonight to redeem my pizza and Gabby said the pizza had already been redeemed and my name was crossed off some stupid list. I told her I never redeemed the pizza - there must be some mistake. She then informed me I had to wait until Monday to speak with their head manager. Gabby and Round Table acted like they were doing me a favor when they were the ones who messed up my pizza in the first place. Gabby and Round Table were so disappointing by not keeping their word! I will never do business with...

We ordered dine in at this location today, we had indicated on our online order to have the food ready at 6:45pm. We arrived 25min early and our food was already ready sitting out on the counter. The cashier was rude when we asked if they could reheat it because it looked cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted anymore. While we were eating at the table the same cashier approached us and asked that when we finish eating to take our napkins and not leave them at the table. I’m not sure what she wanted me to do with them, put them on my pocket so she wouldn’t have to clean it? Then as we were getting ready to leave she once again approached us but this time to tell us to take the cheese and pepper back, the only thing that was missing was for her to ask us to go to the back and wash the dishes. Such an unwelcoming and rude experience, she was also going around telling all customers the same thing she was telling us.
