Pizza Box — Restaurant in Sadsbury Township

HORRIBLE EXPIEIENCE!!! NEVER AGAIN !!! Hi, My name is Mauro Tomasino and I'm not new about Pizza and Restaurants Food. ( I'M ITALIAN PIZZA CHEF SINCE 201O ) I was order 14" pizza with : sauce , spinach , grill chicken , mushroom , garlic. ●First disappoint is the Price! ($ 20 DOLLARS!!)

Been ordering here for years and today will be the last time. Ordered a pizza and 3 dozen wings off Slice. We recieve a call from the owner saying we never picked a sauce and gave my wife an attitude about saucing the wings. Well in Slice when u pick well done for an option it takes away the sauce, Who's fault is that? If I order a pizza well done do I not get toppings? Maybe instead of calling the customer and giving them grief about not picking a sauce, maybe and I know this is crazy but GET YOUR ORDERING SYSTEM RIGHT! Also when we received the food they just dumped dry rub seasoning and sauce on the wings making them almost inedible. Pizza I will say was good, but how dare you call the customer and blame them. Called to place an order for delievery. After I was done ordering I asked for the total, I was paying cash, this is not a crazy request for ANY customer. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that the delivery driver would call with total... since that made no sense I requested the total again. She asks someome who said $40. I said can I can get an exact total so I know i am not getting ripped off from driver... she yells 'he wants the real total'... then they come back with $20... I am writing this 1 star review based on the customer service they provided over the phone. Worst phone call with any pizza place. Seriously...
