Thai Pineapple — Restaurant in Safety Harbor

The pineapple fried rice was fine, however, it should be served with big pineapple chunks instead of small chunks. The pad thai is not good to the point that I did not eat it. It is served with an orange color instead of the brownish color that it should have. And clearly, it did not taste good. The recipe and cooking technique needs improvement. Need to focus on quality over quantity. The shrimp selection was superior. Customer service is terrible: I gave them an honest review about my experience, with no animosity, that they could use to improve the quality of their food. Just taking Coachman home from work and saw that they have two new food trucks at the produce place at Northeast Coachman and Old Coachman road.. I swung in and grabbed some chicken fried rice type stuff and it was bumpin.. super sweet Hispanic family running the place. He told me that he worked at Thai restaurants for many years. His food is very good. I'm stoked.. it's really cool but cost the same as going to Tom yum's so not really any savings or anything, but still excited to have a new place that sells Thai food. had an incredible meal at this food truck! The Pad Thai was absolutely amazing—hands down the most flavorful one I’ve had in the area. Every bite was packed with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little bit of spice. The chicken ginger was great too.
