DV's Homemade Donuts — Restaurant in Saginaw

This is my first review that I’ve ever given (I read reviews all the time from places or places that I’ve tried but didn’t feel like they were worth writing about. But this donut shop is something else. I have always went here since I was like in 3rd or 4th grade with my bestfriend and have ALWAYS loved it !! I’m currently 19 & still love their donuts till this day. They are always very friendly and give you FREE donut holes if you purchase a dozen (I believe). They go out of their way and even put in a bit extra in your dozen box !! And keep in mind that not all businesses do that in this area. I’ve tried to like other donut shops around the Saginaw area, and honestly have been disappointed in other shops because the taste is not the same as DV’s Donuts. I used to live in Blue Mound early 2000s and DVs was the best donut place around. I have recently visited DVs for the past two days.. the first day my daughter had change from her bank for her donuts that morning and it was enough for two donuts with a little change left over.. instead of just throwing in another donut it was 40 cents so all that paid for was 4 donut holes... LOL. On the second day my husband went for donuts at DVs and the donuts are mini sized. The place has really gone downhill since I used to visit daily. Very disappointing. I won't be...

Momma and myself absolutely love this place. The only thing sweeter than their incredibly tasty donuts is them. Jack and Eunice are an amazing couple. Warm inviting smiles greet you coming in the door. Their ability to project happiness and gratitude on a daily basis make them almost seem non-human. My mother Peggy has been doing business with them for decades and upon my move home I go there as well. We love Jack, Eunice and all their sweet and savory fare.
