Update: 2 side dinner...ribs, spaghetti and Mac. Gf's meal catfish, Mac n cheese and cabbage... She is very clear with whether she'll go back to a place... Having grown up in Ann Arbor and lived in Nola. She said catfish meal was excellent... She would do it again. Loved the catfish (not greasy) and the cabbage. Was to full to eat the Mac... Saving that This time, doordash. It went smooth.

2 weeks earlier Wow, I had a few people tell me the food was good here but I had never gone in and actually bought any. I had some problems with the doordash menu so I just went on over there myself you know save the delivery fees, etc potentially turning a $30 meal into a $50 meal just because someone brings it to the door. That being said once I figured out they had five or six different menus on the doordash app I was able to figure out what I wanted to buy and I called it in and picked it up. I got the thee side soul food dish (a Thursday special) and OMG it was delicious. I wanted to try the ribs too so I ordered a side of ribs and I swear these things must have come off of the largest steer in the herd because they were perfectly marbeled and incredibly large (And tasty). That being said I absolutely loved the spaghetti which was baked, and the macaroni and cheese was perfect as well. The main meat I got with the primary dish was smothered chicken and it was outstanding with large portions. We also got one of their big wraps for my girlfriend and she said it was delicious and she could only eat about half of it was saving the rest for dinner. Also on top was a cornbread muffin that maybe was one of the best I have had since my grandmother cooked cornbread when I was a kid... Unfortunately the recipe is lost but these guys know how to make a moist and delicious cornbread muffin Just wanted to say "Thank You Wright's Catering" for delivering an outstanding meal at a very reasonable cost we...

I've patronize this restaurant a few times and I've been disappointed twice the seafood boil was nice they butter sauce could be better. My first set of walking nachos were delicious phenomenal my second set was good but a tad greasy.. so another time I've had their smothered chicken and smothered pork chops which was good I've had their Kool-Aid pickle the first time was good the second time the Kool-Aid had been in there too long. Their peach cobbler was good I just don't care for the slushies. So my niece and I went there Thursday and I placed the order for baked chicken and macaroni and cheese a medium rib tip dinner with french fries and when I open so I end up getting a leg and a thigh when I open up the container but the thigh actually like I said leg and thigh I'm thinking a leg quarter but separated the thigh was a small and a infant's foot and the drumstick was good but it was not baked it was grilled they had lied.... The macaroni and cheese that's the second time I tried to macaroni and cheese I'm not trying it anymore then my niece ordered mashed potatoes if she would and I sent so many people there or whatever and you know that you gave me criticism or whatever but it's been constructive criticism but I hope you all just realized that you cannot be selling food when you getting ready to close if it's not going to come out proper have a blessed day have shook the mashed potatoes she took the container the mashed potatoes would have came out I think it was milk and they forgot to just pull the instant mashed potatoes in there her chicken was pink she was so hungry she tried to bake it in the microwave to turn it and and hers was not baked either it was grilled and her gravy I don't know where the gravy came from that...

I ordered the ribeye steak delmonico via DoorDash. There was nothing on the site that says their steaks are all sautéed in green peppers and onions or I would have asked to remove them. I also asked for it to be medium well and it was bloody and rare. When I called in, the phone was given to the cook and he said that was the way the steaks were concerning the toppings and when I mentioned it wasn’t included on the website when ordering he just said “Ok.” As for the fact that it was undercooked he told me I was wrong because he checked it himself. Then proceeded to tell me there wasn’t anything he could do about it, he wasn’t bringing me a new one. No apologies or offer to refund the money, just that I was wrong and it was fine it wasn’t on the website. Bad food,...
