Went through the drive through and the girl who has long brown hair up in a pony tail running the drive thru with a pink phone case was VERY rude and disrespectful. Taking her bad day, mood, whatever out on the customers. That is not professional customer service behavior. Not to mention the sausage and cheese croissant was over cooked it was chewy, the munchkins were wet and the Boston cream donuts were wet as well. Was very disappointed in this customer service from this girl and the way she talked to us and handled the whole encounter. If I was a dunkin employee or manager I would not be happy with this girls performance and disrespectful and rude attitude. She was working drive thru on 10/03/2024 at 3:46pm and the order number was 7573 and she has a pink phoneor phone case. Very disapointing in her customer service.    Read moreJust stopped at the Jolley dunkin donuts in Saint Albans VT. Drive thru. I stop here daily to get coffee, donuts etc. Never EVER have I had a problem. Well tonight they lost a customer! (And all my friends and family) pulled up to drive thru and the man that was on the window asked what I'd like so I said a small hot coffee..then there was a 2+minute pause. DD guy -to me "Is that all you want?" Me-No I'd like a large latte. DD guy-"Is that all you want?" I said yes. Then it's radio silence for over 5 minutes. He didn't say ANYTHING like ok thank you your total is blank you can drive around like the ALWAYS do! So then a woman comes on with an attitude and says you can pull around! To which I responded would have been nice to been told! So I PAID for my coffees and left and decided to chuck them out the window because I am sure they spit in them!    Read moreAshley gets left upfront 90% of the time. Today 10/29/2024. I watched six other girls come from the back after there were about five of us in line waiting. After Ashley was almost done everything, and one girl still got an order wrong (because again she wasn't up there.) đ You have some serious firing to do if you ever want to make this a "good" no a GREAT Dunkin. Oh and as for Ashley, she definitely deserves a raise for being your friendly face here. And I do mean she's the face of this Dunkin. Dunno why or how you still keep the others around, the amount of things they say and the things they talk about behind people's backs is appalling, yes mainly your worker Makayla. No one is out of the cross hair's when she works. You get rid of the infection and eventually it heals. You location needs a serious pill in order to get over the sickness.
