Mill River Brewing Taphouse — Restaurant in Saint Albans Town

Went for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! We called a few times to order takeout but they didn’t answer so we ended up just driving over and placing the order there. It took quite awhile for it to be ready but it was a larger order. We got 2 orders of onion strings, the mozzarella logs, sweet onion dip, spicy honey wings, a 6in pepperoni pizza, and a 12in Taphouse pizza. The pizzas could’ve been cooked for a bit longer but the crust and sauce had really good flavor. The onion strings were fantastic! The mozzarella logs were also great, you could tell they were homemade, not frozen. The wings were good but we felt they would be better heated up a second time and cooked a bit longer. Wife and I in town from Toronto and thought we’d stop in for a bite. Never experienced anything like it. Loved the “grab a menu, grab a seat” sign. Felt at home right away. Noticed you have to go to the bar to order your drinks and food. Also, brilliant. Food was quick and delicious. Also. The clean up after yourself thing. Brilliant. 9.4/10. Lots of fun....

Wish we lived closer! This place is great and wasn't too busy for a Saturday evening. Plenty of different beers on tap to choose from. The pizzas and wings are the best! And the staff is amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful. Def...
