Don’t dare complain about your order not being put in when you called it in on your way to the establishment. They will send a senior personnel over to you that won’t take “I don’t want to talk about it just don’t charge me for it” for an answer. They will tell you “oh, no we are going to talk about it” and continue to nag at you. Then when you say you’ll never come back tell you to just get out and grab your drink and begin to spill it on you and begin cause a scene…. Very unprofessional picking fights with customers. This led to us being forced out by 10+ patrons my husband and my self as a female. Things got way out of hand. - an entire bar trying to pick a fight and push you out because the bartender was rude to a customer - The bar staff could have just listened to the fact we didn’t want to talk about the issue and let us be. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with the terrible staff here, but being local have always tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. Terrible that this place has went so far down hill...

I usually never write reviews for restaurants, I just don't go back. I have been to this little spot several times and have always had a great experience. That ended today. We ordered three menu items to go. Two Buffalo chicken salads and a cheeseburger. We were told by the bar staff that the kitchen guy was "new" and it could be a wait. No problem. We sat looking out the window for about 15 minutes. A guy walks out with a cafeteria sized tray with three entrees. The two salads were the the size of side salad with chopped iceberg, one chicken finger chopped in 4 pieces and a spoonful of mozzarella. No other vegetables. This salad was $12.00. My sons burger was luke warm, topped with some vegetables he didn't want on it and a small handful of broken chips. The side of fries, cold. He ate not even half and threw it away. $44.00. Heard this place was good. Should have known from only listening to people who live in Alexandria. I ordered the Roast Beef and Swiss Mushroom Melt. I was thinking it would be like a Philly Cheese Steak. It wasn't. This should be advertised on the menu as a cheap watered down version of a Roast Beef sub. The quality of the meat was HORRIBLE. Greasy, slimy, cartridge in every bite...HORRIBLE. This was one of the most DISGUSTING sandwiches I have had in my life. Take some pride and upgrade your quality of Roast Beef. I'd hate to see the Turkey or Ham. I looked at this so called Roast Beef sub, could tell it was low quality, took one bite and spit it out. HEAD MEAT. VERY DISGUSTING...BEWARE!!! F- P.S.
