Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Augustine

The first time we went there everything was great .. friendly staff, did not wait long to pick up ( online order). Food was great. The second time we went there every thing was wrong. We went in to order .. the staff at the register did not know how to ring thing up . Another staff member come over to help after 15 minutes trying to order. After 20 minutes ( was told 20 minutes) to pick up our pizza they either never made our pizzas or gave our pizzas to another customer. They could not find our Oder we had our receipt with us so we showed it to them and they had to make them . Eventually they found our order slip on the floor . No apologies no so sorry. When we got home our pizza was not what we ordered , we were so frustrated with the restaurant we just ate it . It will be awhile for us...

This place is a joke. First of all, they are so sloooowwww. Came in to pick up their “special” via online order consisting of a large specialty pizza, 10 wings, and cheesy bread for $30. They took their sweet natural time even acknowledging me while high-fiving their high school friends that walked in off the street. The language shared between them was less than professional too. Then they told me it would be another four minutes and it was more like over twenty for an online pick up order! Food was bland as all get out too. Pizza tasted like soggy cheese bread and wasn’t cooked long enough. Wings were soggy and flavorless. They were supposed to be lemon pepper wings but they had neither lemon nor pepper anywhere on them. I want my $30 back and I won’t...

September 2023 I’m updating my review. It’s been several weeks and several orders. Marcos has been much more consistent with service. I’m so glad. I believe they have the best “fast food pizza”.

July 2023 3 workers: 1 cutting and boxing, 1 assembling pizza and the 3rd just standing at the register while the lobby was packed with people waiting.

Placed order at 5:30 pm. Confirmation said EST pick up time 5:50-6pm. Arrived at 6pm. Order wasn’t even started! No dinner tonight as we had to be somewhere. Thanks Marcos. 👎
