Bigginz — Restaurant in Saint Clair Township

Some friends of ours treated us to lunch here, that was the first time we'd been there. The food was tasty & the prices were good. It's like a family atmosphere - all the customers & the staff knew who everybody else was & just conversed freely like it was a family reunion or something, so my husband & I felt awkward at first....but that wasn't because anyone was rude or anything, it was just our own self being self conscious feeling like a tourist, ha ha. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I get claustrophobic in tight places & it was definitely crowded in there. But I can see why they try to get as many tables in as possible because I think this is a popular place for folks who live near there, so they are trying to accommodate their customers. This place not only has amazing food but the staff is amazing. We are from out of town and wanted to get something eat for ourselves and 2 kids. My husband went in and they advised the kitchen was closed an hour or so prior but then continued to ask where we were from and where we were staying and told the cook to fire up the ovens and fryers because they wanted to accommodate us. All employees were super friendly. We picked up our buffalo ck pizza, wings, and fries.....they were to all die for! Best wings I've ever had! We have ordered from there numerous times before and tonight call to place a ordet and we had ordered the Bigginz Sweet tea on our last order didnt have any issues so went to order those tonight and owner said OH NO CANT DO THAT and i said we had gotten them our last order and she said well u shouldnt of. And i have worked in restaurants before and was taught customers were always right. So sorry didnt place my order there and probably wont order from there.
