I went through the drive thru and the speaker announces a pre recorded message that was tough to hear and it mentioned the use of their app. I assumed it was asking if I was using the app for points on my order like other fast food places ask. I said no. I told the gentleman on the speaker I had a mobile order and he mumbled something and I politely asked him what he said as I couldn’t hear, and a girl joined in the speaker and talked over him and said “you said you didn’t have an online order so he clicked no and needs a minute to open the screen. Because you said no even though you had an order.” Which I was nothing but patient, I just couldn’t hear what he said. I’m sure they get this mistake often as her frustration showed that, just a reminder to the employees that you don’t know what someone is going through or what type of day they are having. Patience and customer service effort is a part of your job and you’re being paid to do so, and as a customer being patient and respectful is my job. And I was nothing less than.

Read moreI had placed an order though the Taco Bell app for delivery and it was never delivered, I had called DoorDash and asked them about what to do for a refund to which they said because I had ordered through the app itself I would have to talk to Taco Bell about the refund and they connected me to the store to which I hear a lady yell “hang up” and they did. I called back to just the store and was trying to explain to them that I had ordered on the app and because of that DoorDash said to talk to them about the refund and that I was trying to figure out what to do when the lady on the phone started screaming at me telling me how it’s not her problem and how I can go call somewhere els to yell at( I never once raised my voice to the lady) and how she is going to call the police on my number and was continuing to yell at me and hung up on me.
