Back Spin Bistro — Restaurant in Saint George

This was a win win and the Atmosphere will hopefully be better next time. First I’ll mention the Service, Riley D (our server) who has only worked there for three days was Outstanding and Incredible! I dined with my elderly father who is very disgruntled and negative in every which way. This place was painfully loud where we asked to be seated in the bar and impossible to converse while dining. I mentioned it to Riley and she immediately said that she would move us to the dining room, clear us a table, set that table and move all of our drinks and settings. She did all of that while taking care of multiple customers. After our food arrived she continually checked back and made sure that everything was good. Well, it was Great and the food was Superb!!! I talked to Riley after we had finished and told her that I was in the hospitality industry (Food & Beverage) for 30 years and that the Bistro has an Amazing employee. She was so proactive, professional and extremely kind that I was blown away and simply Grateful. Kudos to the Back Spin Bistro for hiring Riley and for your tasty food. We will definitely be back!...

This is a new casual eatery open to the public in Sunriver golf club. It overlooks the golf course with a view of the mountains in the north. You can dine inside or out on their heated patio with gorgeous views. The menu is affordable for breakfast lunch and dinner. Next to the restaurant is a bar area with bar top seating and also tables. You will find TVs all around both rooms. It feels very clean inside and the decor is modern and bright. Our server was Shane. He’s awesome. We had great service for breakfast. I enjoyed my Cali style eggs Benedict with hashbrowns and an orange juice. My husband enjoyed his breakfast burrito with bacon, added avocado, and a coffee. Next-door is the golf shop and the restrooms are down the hallway. There’s plenty of parking in the lot. I can’t wait to see their specials and holiday events...

Considering you are a new restaurant and all you guys need to fix your customer service waited 10 mins for someone about seating….been in on other times the service been good.. but this is ridiculously and servers should know what comes with the food.. need better training especially with host service…. Food Was Not Hot Eggs Were Cold Didn’t Taste Good…Pancakes were only thing that was hot…Server never her name was Rachael never returned to check on things took forever to get the bill… I also email the backspin bistro email I hope you take the feedback into account cause there a lot lacking in service at this restaurant I did mention that to golf course guys cause wasn’t sure there was a mgr on duty but from I can tell didn’t seem to be a mgr on duty or lack...
