SunRiver was just what we were looking for! We have lived all over the US and have never found a place quite like this. We not only love the community, we love the people here too! We've made a lot of friends and find ourselves doing things we never thought we would. The community is well maintained and always looks it's best. As a homeowner that's a great benefit. The golf course has come a long ways and we're proud of what they've done with it. I'm an avid golfer and spend quite a bit of time on the course. I would recommend SunRiver to anyone...

I wasn't happy with Sun River at all. It appears to be growing out of its pants. Too many homes for the location. No old growth vegetation was available. My wife and I felt unwelcomed on our visits. There is no close shopping due to being in the outskirts of St. George. This community is not for everyone so make sure you vet your options before purchasing.
