We tried her food at the farmers market. It was made fresh to order. It was FIRE! The gumbo and jambalaya were to die for. The collard greens, catfish and crab cakes were heavenly. And her beignets were phenomenal. Where the food is made fresh, there is a bit of a wait but it is SO worth it. We got the Slammin mix/match plate so we could try it all. Can’t wait to go again. 10/10...
