Snorkles was hit or miss while we were at The Westin. We had several good experiences eating lunch there, but the times we ate breakfast & dinner were awful. I've had better food at Waffle House paying $10 than the times we had to pay $60 a meal to eat at Snorkles. You would think the only open restaurant at The Westin would be good, right? The breakfast we had was terrible because the eggs tasted like they were powdered eggs & the salmon we had looked like uncooked squid. The dinner we had there was also terrible because it only took 56 minutes to get the wrong side salad. The waiter told us the salad my mom ordered was her meal even though it was her side salad, the creamy shrimp pasta had no shrimp, no cream, no butter, no parmesan cheese. The grouper special I had made me sick to my stomach & when I called later that night to complain nobody answered my phone call. At this time Snorkles is not worth the price you pay...

The dining area is outside between the pool and beach, which isn't a bad place to be, but the chairs at our table were filthy. We only ate here one time during our week long stay because of the items I mentioned. I guess it was a good thing overall since it made us explore other dining options...
