Five Guys — Restaurant in Saint Joseph Charter Township

Ordered 20 minutes ago. Restaurant is filled with people waiting for their orders. One guy is flipping burgers, one guy standing like he’s supposed to be assembling. Older lady taking orders. But nothing is leaving. Appears there’s a guy that’s supposed to be working the fries, but he’s not there. Six baskets of fries are lined up waiting to be dropped in oil, but no one is doing it. So we are all sitting around, waiting. Not sure why one of the others can’t do fries—seems a clear case of “not my job”. If I hadn’t already paid for it, I would’ve left already. Because frankly this is ridiculous, and I won’t be coming back here again. Sad. EDIT: I waited 30 minutes before going up to the counter and canceling my order. Pretty sure the guy didn’t refund my money; I never received a receipt. I’ll watch my credit card for a refund to process over the next couple days, then log a complaint if I don’t get it. This is hand down THE WORST five guys I’ve been too yes they may be clean but the working staff and employees are not right they lie I was in the process of being hired and I was promised by the manager a job he had said the email verification was not working so he had to send a slip to corporate to help fix the problem he said he will let me know when the problem was resolved we’ll come to find out I come in today that manager no longer works there and I was refused a job after waiting patiently so this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with getting a job if anybody were to ask me I’d say Definetly DONT...

Food was up to standard for a 5 guys, but the staff was terrible! We ate there 1-4-2019 at 1:30 pm. The store was not busy at all. 2 of the 3 staff appeared to be very miserable working their job. An item was forgotten from our order. When we approached the counter we stood 8 min without being acknowledge by anyone, eventhough we had caught eye contact with all of them.
