If I could rate the attitude of some of the workers There it would be an absolute zero… I’m literally the nicest person every time I go in there. I say hello, I say thank you, I say have a good day, And yet everyone is still very rude to me. I went in there today and I was nice when I went in. I said hello no one said anything to me. I said I had a pick up order and the girl rudely said my total to me. I handed her my money and had my hand out for her to hand the money back to me, and she threw it down on the counter in front of me And then when she handed me my food, I said thank you, and she didn’t say a single words to me and just walked away. Even when I called to place my order at the lady on the phone was very disrespectful. I Used to go there a lot a few years ago when everyone was nice , but honestly, the food isn’t that great for me to be disrespected. The chicken tenders are bland and honestly undercooked. The mashed potatoes are cold and the bread isn’t even toasted. If you don’t wanna work in service, dont. If you wanna be rude to people, find a new job. I work with the public every day and these people act like they’re entitled And honestly, that they’re above everybody else. I won’t be going back and I’ll go ahead and let my family and all my friends know not to go as well. If I knew the name of the people who helped me today, I’d gladly put it...
Read moreOk. So I'm in St. Joe and somebody says, "Have you been to Adams Bar & Grill?" I say no and less than an hour later I'm looking for a place to sit cause it's extremely crowded. I get the last available seat at the bar. Turns out, they have fried chicken! Unreal! Every bar and grill has steaks and burgers but none of them have fried chicken! None! This is a rarity. When you travel for work like I do 250 nights a year, your always looking for a good steak, and you can find it anywhere. Not fried chicken. That makes this place very unique. It takes a little longer for it to cook but it was worth the wait. Those were real mashed potatoes. The chicken was very hot and very good! Ice tea? Excellent! Lots of seating. Three dining rooms. Two pool tables. I counted nine TVs from where I sit at the bar. About ten seats at the bar. This place is all about the atmosphere. It's family friendly too. They have a kids menu. Everyone must know everyone hear because the four very busy waitresses hugged everyone. It's definitely a home town crowd because everyone knew everyone's name! Very lively place and fun! You...
Read moreEasy to locate. The parking lot was a bit snug for our pick up so I parked on the street. We walked in about 445 on a Saturday and was asked if we had a reservation...we did not but they had a table for us. I noticed within 15-20 minutes folks were walking back out if they did not have reservations. So, get reservations if you arrive after 5 pm on a weekend. I had the tenderloin sandwich with spuds and gravy. Sides were hash browns and fries. The first bite of harsh browns immediately had a fish taste to it, it was unmistakable. I have never worked in a kitchen but it would seem there was some cross-utilization of utensils or grill space. I like hash browns and I like fish...just not together. My long Island was good but not blended as one would expect in the upper end of bars or restaurants. Free Wi Fi which is a nice perk, about 35 mbps down and 9 mbps up. I very rarely give 5 stars, a 4 was still just a bit too high. I thought a 3.5 would have been more accurate. Comfort food done well, I would not mind to go back. Very reasonable...
