Barbosa's — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

The blandest "Mexican food" I've ever partially eaten in my ENTIRE life!!! The salsa is more bland than the starting base for your Nonnas spaghetti sauce, the cheese dip is comparable to powdered mac & cheese sauce (mac & cheese sauce actually has better consistency) and both are far overpriced. Server was semi-competent but her personality was as bland as the food. I'd suggest skipping this self proclaimed "hidden gem" but I'm not your momma.. If you decide that you want to be disappointed, do take your own seasoning but also expect to be nickel and dimed for sub-par whatever it is this place serves, because it's not...

Awesome food! The tortillas chips are amazing and their hot sauce has the right amount of kick. Highly recommend this Mexican restaurant.
