A Cup of Organic — Restaurant in Saint Leo

Today my BFF and I went on our usual morning walks but we all of sudden what a treat and we came across this little Coffee shop across the street and decided to check it out.

Mine you were not big coffee drinkers at all. My coffee if drink coffee with be 90% cream and sugar.

But Douglas think is the owner owner of A cup of Organic.Douglas suggested that we try his black iced coffee with sugar and if we still didn't like it he would put creamer in for us.

Well we tried it!! And OMG!!! To our surprise it was Delicious!!!! I've never in my life tried black coffee that tasted good without cream and sugar.

We were both amazed of how delicious it was. It bonus was it's organic important from his farm in Honduras. I loved that didn't have the nasty bitter/ burn pot of water taste and it helps with acid reflux.

All we could say is this little shop on the side of road is like a gem that everyone should stop by and try for themselves!!!

Also the people working there were so nice Douglas and his staff Claudeo I think was his name made our first experience there awesome!

Definitely a great morning treat for our daily walk.

I live within walking distance and it is almost impossible not to stop and grab a coffee or tea from here. Doug, the owner, is so nice and he has wonderful recommendations on what to try. I reccomend the caramel macchiato. It is delicious either hot or iced. The muffins are superb, but the asiago beagle with the garden veggie cream cheese is my personal favorite. There is also a punch card reward system which is awesome! You receive a punch for each drink you purchase and after you have collected so many punches, you can redeem them for a free coffee!

I stopped here with my husband and son because Starbucks was closed this day and my experience was incredibly frustrating. I ordered an iced latte but the young man working handed me an iced coffee. I kindly explained to him that I wanted an iced latte with an extra shot not an iced coffee. He then took the iced coffee and apologized but returned back maybe 45 seconds later with the exact same iced coffee and played it off as a latte. At that point I decided not to say anything because clearly he wasn’t interested in making the latte. This was my first visit and will...
