I want to start by saying, I'm not even from this area (almost 3 hours away) my mother & I stopped in to grab some food before we headed home. My mom asked the lady who was serving us if there was a difference if she got a fountain drink or bottled drink with her combo meal another young girl that wasn't even assisting us jumped in and said, "No you can get bottled, fountain (small, regular, large).. it doesn't matter" all of a sudden I see a pretty big price difference and ask oh is there a difference? The one originally helping us said well ya, I replied with well maybe just next time she should specify that so the customer knows.. (the young lady then said, "you can leave or I can call the police" -me completely shocked & confused now at this point says wait excuse me? All because I said you could of specified that?! -she then says IM DONE TALKING TO YOU and stormed in the back. -my mother & I completely confused, sat down to eat.. Read moreI am a huge fan of Subway food but the store at this location is lacking in a few areas. I purchase food at this location about once a month on average First, they seen to have new employees every time I am in there. I question the training quality because their employees seem to be learning on the fly. For the past several years these employees told me me Subway rewards card was not valid then during my most recent trip they said they could use Subway rewards. The staff could not find my account or phone number. I called the national Subway customer service line and the rep found my account immediately and verified my phone number and account number and made things right with me.
Some people of good reputation have had issues with food quality at this location, but I have only had good experiences with food quality.
Be prepared for friendly staff, a well built sub, and remember to treat the team kindly....

I ordered a steak and cheese sub this time from the mobile app and asked for it to be grilled. My wife picks up the sub and the meat is ice cold the cheese isn't melted the bread isn't grilled. I don't know how you can take a hot sub and mess it up by serving it cold. I swear to God the people that own this place need sued out of business. They refuse to staff more than one person during peak times, and the people they pick to be in there by themselves I'm convinced wear velcro shoes.
