Few weeks back went here for a late night stack @ arrived near 1230A. Seen 2 other cars ahead of me ordering phone. Came up to the speaker and was told they were running slow in drive-thru and would be closing soon. I told them I didn't mind waiting for my order, that it wasn't a lot of food. Another employee got on the intercom and rudely stated they are closed and they would not take my order. I did notice after I was there they have now "changed their hours" when I knew they were not in fact not suppose to close at 1:00A.
Needless to say I left and went to the one in Celina. Also noticed another car come up to order box and as I left seen they were able to place an order.
At the store in Celina they were short staffed 3 Managers were working. They had no problem taking our order and we waited patiently for our t-bell fix. Didn't get one item that we ordered but we were just satisfied that we could get our food. Unfortunately after this incident I will not return to the Saint Marys location for...

There were two cars ahead of me at 10:45 PM and each car took 8 to 10 minutes because the drive-through employee was off, who knows what? After the first car goes through the lady in the drive-through said she needed a minute, I’ll look over to my left and she is outside talking to people in the car for three minutes. Once he’s done communicating, she goes back into work and try to earn a paycheck. Once a car ahead of me goes through I have to wait another couple minutes For them to take my order. I only ordered five things after each one she said can you repeat that and I did, Then she doesn’t respond for a good 30 to 60 seconds With each item in my order. Read moreThis restaurant recently changed their ordering process to use touch screens in the lobby instead of ordering in-person. Because of this, it seems like the staff has forgotten basic human courtesy, and won't interact with customers unless they absolutely have to. In the 30 minutes my wife and I were in the store last night, no other customers seemed pleased with their service, and the staff didn't check on the restrooms as the signs indicate. They also don't have a changing table or trash can in the men's room, which meant that to dispose of my son's dirty diaper I had to bring it back out into the restaurant and discard of it in a trash can next to where other customers were eating.
