This just popped up on my phone asking how my experience was here and tbh I said I was going to leave a review because I can't believe that my family was treated the way we were. We stopped here after a long day of toy shop and volunteering our family's time at the clinic for their toy shop. I told my children if they would be good then I would get them whatever they wanted to eat, and they said pizza....I went in to order, and we have a total of 10 people in our family and we only brought 4 of us in the store at a time, and the worker there( a short African american not sure of the person's gender looked over at the other Caucasian worker and said hey yo why they gotta bring they whole family on her man. Me being the lip reader that I am and also not one that would ever take anyone coming at my family sideways..I looked directly at them and said I brought my family in here because we have different orders AND I CAN DO THAT like why make people feel uncomfortable when they are being polite and doing nothing to you. We just wanted a good meal after a hard day but I guess that was to much to ask for. They then proceeded to leave the building a s there was no one there to take our order for over 20 minute and that was rude and uncalled for. I hope that they re-train the teenagers om customer service or get them out of there because we are a good family and didn't deserve to ne treated that way. We didn't retaliate or act out of character we just waited patiently for someone with respect for people and their job to come and help us.the driver was the only one that we t above and beyond to make us feel comfortable again. I will go back but if I see that crew I will turn around and wall out. This happened Friday Decem er 22nd at 10pm if I could give all zeros for everyone but the driver I would. Read moreDon’t order from this dominos. Tonight me and my fiancé ordered a pizza and 2 pasta bowls. We placed our order just at about 845pm. We watched and watched and watched the app. It sayed our order was done just after 9 and it just needed to be delivered. At 945 it still said it hasn’t left the shop so we called in. Front desk told us that yes it’s leaving now and hung up quickly. At 1020 still nothing and so we called again keep in mind the app still states it hasn’t left the shop. We get on the phone with Tim. We give him our information as you can tell in his voice he was dreading the call. He states our order hasn’t left yet. He apologize and said due to their events they havent got to our order yet basically our order got put on the back burner. So I asked politely when would our order be going out. He said well he have no drivers at the moment it won’t be leaving the shop for another 35 minutes. I paused in shock. he apologized again stating because of their events. So keep in mind when you order from here your customer guarantee is only based on the highest purchaser. You will be not be satisfied with their care for your order or for your family. In the end we demanded a refund. Which we got and he didn’t even offer to do anything for us to secure us as customer when mainly we go to them for everything.
Call papa johns ask for Dan he hooked us up with great deals better choices. We did have to miss out on the pasta but hey we got our food on time and everything was hot and so yummy. Papa johns cares guys. This domino’s does not.
I wasn’t going to even say anything but you deserve to know. And maybe if they would have resolved the situation a bit better I never would have posted this. I hope their superiors see this and correct their shops abilitiy to deliver since they are a big brand in food.

Read moreBoy has Dominoes customer care really gone downhill. I use to love this place and I use to order all the time but apparently they just don't care. I called to place an order, and knowing full well of my address, they took my order only to call back 10 minutes later to say they don't deliver to my area... Now I understand he was "the only driver" but considering this location is the closest to me, that doesn't make ANY sense what so ever!
EDIT: I decided to give this place another chance since it's been 5 years. My mistake. I ordered online and went when the tracker said it was ready. (When I started to walk in, I saw another customer show up.) When i walked in the store, the guy at the register walked away to do some things. (I believe he was a driver.) As I stood at the register for a couple minutes the next customer came in. There were 3 employees in front of me cutting/boxing pizza, and 2 to the left making the pizzas. 1 guy walked out from the back, and I still waited. Finally, the gal started to walk over after looking up 🙄 and slowly shuffled over. I was gonna thank her for coming over, when she stopped, and helped the other guy that came in AFTER me. (The old rude jerk didn't say anything either.) When she FINALLY got to me, I don't think she could've moved any slower, talked any quieter, or cared any less!!! She CLEARLY doesn't like her job, and I got to be the receiving end of that. I guess I'll go back to only eating Checkerboard Pizza since they seem to care and maybe even like their job!
