One of the worst customer experiences I've ever experienced. They messed up my pick-up order. No big deal, it happens. But when I called to let them know they questioned me every step of the way. When I walked into the store they didn't say one word to me, just grabbed the bag and inspected each sandwhich to make sure I didn't lie. After inspecting each one, they begain to make new sandwiches. (They knew I was coming and could have easily made these in advance since I have now spent 45 minutes trying to get my sandwhich). Read moreToday 07/25/25 I arrived at around 10 am at this Subway and was greeted by the most kind hearted worker I’ve ever had in my life. They took time to talk and ask about my day even though it was chaotic outside with a lot of stress. I tipped 10 dollars and wished fairwell. If it were my opinion I’d have them as the face of the restaurant chain in Minnesota. We need more workers in the Twin Cities like this that actually take time to see customers and talk to them.
