No manager on duty. Austin must be about 16 with his maturity level and competence. He over talked, didn’t even say hello, kept repeating “what’s the problem” in a rushed impatient manner. I let him know that the 6 inch we ordered was terrible. It might’ve been 6 inches long but it was less than an inch wide. There was another 12 inch ordered and it felt lighter than a feather. Didn’t provide imingredients ordered online. Simply were not on there, had 4 pieces of meat.Another footlong was the BLT, and there were THREE tomatoes. Rude Austin calls his manager who wanted us to bring food BACK up there for some verification???? Only then would they do a remake! If I had it delivered the first time, how am I supposed to go back after being post-op less than 4 days. I said I wanted a full refund…Austin refused. He then hung up on me. Not once did I scream at him, curse at him, behave rudely either. I do not do these reviews normally and the ones I do are usually positive! Not this one!! Didn’t even get the cookie my son ordered!! American Express is getting called for a dispute of charges!! TERRIBLE NON-CORPORATE location! Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Jungerman location! UPDATE: GM CALLED, he says Austin told him that he was being screamed at and called names. GM says calls are recorded so I ask him publicly to listen to the call and to listen to Austin’s horrible behavior. GM then tells me to not raise my voice, which I had not throughout the conversation. He says we asked for only 3 tomato’s. Less tomatoes means not 15, but at least 5. I told him I have contacted AMEX, he then said ok and literally hung up. Hopefully he listens to the call. Best of luck to that location. Never again with that staff...

Bear with me...Walked in smiling letting the gentleman know I was feeding 15 people and couldn't get a single word more out before I was extremely rudely informed that I would have to place 24 hours+ in advance. I continued letting the gentleman know I get this same order all the time and he cut me off saying, "WELL I'M NOT DOING IT. Yeah, I'm not doing that today." I stood there literally stunned. If he had let me get one final sentence out, I was going to request 6-foot-longs (all the same) cut into 3rds. Exactly as I have done numerous times before. I requested the info for his boss, and he said it's the franchise owner and I am the General Manager. I knew who he was as I've been in many times with the opposite experience (see prev review below). I digress...I asked how many I may order and he said 6 sandwiches while continuing that "any more would require individual people with me PER SANDWICH"...I ordered 6 ft longs while he made them and he tried to explain why he was so "snappy". I was quite literally fuming and said no explanation was necessary. Not a single other customer walked in. I Paid for my sandwiches and left. I will never be back to this (my neighborhood) Subway. THERE ARE A TON of sandwich shops in a 5-mile radius. Avoid this one.

Read moreWorst service and experience ever. Customer service is something that needs to taught to the young staff working there. Their understanding of customer service is that on-line orders come before people standing in line. When I arrived there was one gentleman in front of me and we waited 10 minutes before they took his order. They went back to doing on- line orders and even added two more orders as I stood there. When I there got to be six people standing behind me I asked if they could give me service since I had been standing there for 25 minutes. Once again I was told that on-line orders come first, I pointed out that the on-line orders they were working on came in after I was standing there. Then one of the young girls working behind the counter wasn’t even in a subway uniform proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t like it I could leave and she wasn’t going to give me service. At that point people behind me began to leave and I should have let also, but at that point I had already wasted 30 minutes and I had people waiting on the food at home.
