I never leave bad reviews, but with this one, I unfortunately have to. If I could leave them a 0 star I would. This is by far the worst restaurant I have eaten at ! Food was so bad and service was lacking! I ordered a pastrami sandwich which apparently is dressed with Coleslaw (Which is already odd). I asked for no coleslaw. (a simple request. or so I thought). The waitress said that they can't delete the Colesalw. Crazy! but I am willing to understand. Then I asked for the slaw to be on the side. The waitress refused saying the chef will not allow it. Then I asked if the slaw was mixed in with the meat (I get that it would be hard for them to separate it if it were mixed in with the meat or if the sandwich was already made, but she confirmed that it was not and that it was made to order). Still she insisted that they could not set it aside. Are you kidding me? If you are going to scoop the coleslaw on a sandwitch, why can't you just scoop it onto the plate instead, which is what I kindly asked for. How hard is that? Anyway, I was already there and too commited to leave as I had other people with me. So I ordered the stupid sanswitch as is and was planing on scooping the Coleslaw out myself and what a terrible idea that was? The sandwich showed up loaded with wet coleslaw. It was soggy, wet and cold. The meat was so cold and the bread was not even toasted and was so cold as if they just pulled it from the fridge. This was supposed to be a hot sandwitch. If I wanted a cold sandwitch I would have gone to publix. Honestly this place should be shut down for health violations. I promise you I am not exagerating. This is 100% honest truth. This has been the worst dining experience I have ever had. I have been to some bad restaurants before, but this definitely tops them all. Save your money and stay away from this place. What a joke of...

OK so first let me say the soup was amazing. With that being said let me go from here. I called to order 2 bowls of soup. The lady who answered was in a hurry and with a slight attitude. It was loud so I thought they were busy, so I figured no biggie. She asked when I could get there and I responded I'm right down the street. Her reply was give me 10 or so. OK I know she wasn't making my soup then but once again OK. But then.. I get there and walk right up to the section to stand and was completely ignored as the 2 bartenders stood there cussing and yelling at each other. There was a bag there so as I stood there for 7mins as they finished literally right in front of me, I said excuse me is this my food. The one replies no and throws my receipt down and walks in the back for another 5 -7 mins to pour my soups. The one appeared extremely intoxicated as she could barely keep her eyes open. Then she makes a drink and one of the other ladies who was working came up and walks behind the bar and starts drinking it. Now I don't mind what you do when you get off as that's when you should start getting loaded not during work. But when you drunk nasty attitude affects others then that is a problem. Like I said they have wonderful soup but is it worth dealing with all that,...

We've been twice. The first time was awesome- great food, service, enough to make us want to come back! Today- not so much at all. I can't review the food because I didn't get to eat. We got there at the end of the lunch rush. Sat in the bar area, waited 10 mins for drinks- one was wrong and it took another 15 to flag the bartender down to fix it. Ordered the pork wings and then two soup/sandwich combos when our drinks came. 35 mins later we got the wings- 5 which could have been seared or something on the outside, they were just grayish with cold honey bbq sauce to dip them in. After waiting 45 mins for our food and watching 4 other tables (all seated after us) get their food, we decided to pay and leave. The bartender told me we came in at the busy time and I "just wouldn't understand" what was taking the food so long. It wasn't even close to being ready to be wrapped up to go. Then she said she wasn't going to give of all of the excuses why we never got served. She never checked to see how the app was or came by to tell us food was taking a long time. When we paid she said she would just charge us for the wings and not the drinks since we each took a few sips. She charged us for it all... $16 to wait 50 mins for food we never got, one wrong drink, and...

Late lunch from earlier called for a later dinner…so after working till about 9pm, I took a look at my late night options near the Fairfield Inn on 54th in St Pete…not many but then I found this gem, which by the maps it looks like it’s in the middle of a neighborhood but had amazing reviews and has been open a looooong time according to the bartender…was a slower than usual night…only one other patron at the bar, one of the kitchen guys that just got off work…both gave me some solid recs…I got the oven roasted wings, buffalo, which aren’t my favorite preparation method but these were REALLY good! Had them at the bar, one other patron came in and we started talking about the wings until I left to go back to do more work with my chicken salad sandwich…it was not only delicious (I didn’t realize how much I missed alfalfa sprouts!) but HUGE! Didn’t even eat the whole thing but didn’t want to stop eating either…made in house chicken salad was amazing! If you’re in the area, definitely check them out…I plan on going back with co-workers…a very chill, pub vibe!

This is a great little restaurant if you like salads and cold & hot sandwiches. When you walk in and look to the left There is dining suited more for family and if you turn to the right it's more of a bar like atmosphere with pub type seating. There are several tv's above your head in the pub section. There is dog friendly outside seating. Just know there are some tables that are marked no dog table. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Certain times it gets really busy with minimal staff so be patient but the food is definitely worth the wait! The bar has all kinds of specialty beers & a full liquor selection. Give it a try!

GET... I repeat.. GET the STONE SOUP CLUB on "swirl" bread!!! Nikki makes a killer Lemon Drop Martini!!! We also got the chicken basil panini. Wasn't bad. I just loved the club so much more that everything else just seems blurry! 😂 We traveled in from out of town and looked at reviews which brought us to this place to begin with. We will definitely be back. Maybe even tomorrow just to get some salads to take back home with us!!!!
