The chicken is great here but some of the workers are either illiterate or purposely dont listen and comprehend. Prime example is the worker Tichelle. There was a long line during peak hours and she moves with no urgency at all. Her manager was moving swiftly and taking orders to make up for her lackadaisical work ethic. Multiple times customers were repeating things like “no ice” “please add ketchup” small things that you shouldnt be constantly asking “Wha??” constantly for. There was also a moment when her manager went to the back to make my bowl and she then follows the manager while there is a line of people waiting for their orders to be taken. A person like that should not be on the register while its peak hours and the drive through is wrapping around...

Was visiting from Virginia. First encounter was with a lady at the register who greeted us with the most horrible attitude. It was so bad... After paying $50.99 for a 12 piece meal, I was given all dark meat. When I asked where was some white meat she then said with attitude, this is all we had. When manager came I quickly observed they all got their hospitality from her who told me yeah she shouldn't have done that and stared me down till I said I would like to have some white meat too. Finally giving it I thought wow and horrible service. I will call national on this. KFC do better in the island!!! You ready...

Horrible lack of customer service every time I does come here and order something after they does just go straight to the price and don’t does bother to say anything else because sometimes I does have more than 1 order no matter who they put to cash they don’t say anything else at all I wouldn’t recommend here at kfc it’s a total waste of time and money for example when you ask them for a 3 peace combo with a coke and Mac and cheese they suppose to say anything else before giving them the price how very unfortunate they don’t ask you anything else before they give the customer the price but they don’t have...
