Pizza Hut Fort Mylner — Restaurant in Saint Thomas

Great pizza but they need a new team managing the front end and a new manager to motivate timely orders and urgency for the the customers.

I was advised to order on the phone 1 hour before picking up our pizza and thats exactly what we did. When we got there our pizza was ready but there was a line of people waiting for pizza that they had also ordered over the phone. The 2 ladies in the front managing orders and the cash register lack time management and problem solving skills. If a person comes to the front and you realize their order isnt ready, move them to the side and take the next person. Dont look around lost … then attempt to take payment. That makes no sense at all.

Called both posted numbers multiple times and on multiple days to attempt to place an order for pickup. One rings out until a voicemail system picks up, the other had a busy tone. Never actually got anyone over the phone. I was able to order at the actual establishment however and reluctantly had to also wait upwards of 40 minutes because of this. This location says it closes at 10 PM but, they stop taking orders at 8:30/9 PM. Also note the parking lot is shared with a nearby KFC and is very tight/not much space at all for the amount of vehicles that come and go here.
