Judy's Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Saipan

For 7 years of being a loyal customer, even introduced the Cafe to off Island friends, I have never been disappointed until tonight. Stay away from the Seafood Spagetti. Too salty and I don't think the cook rinsed out the muscles clam. Even the shrimp still had its skin on, and smells old. Never had this experience before. And no garlic bread? I was starving so I jus remove the smelly muscle clam and fill myself. I dug in forgetting to take a picture before I eat! . BEST pancakes on the island, no HOP about it. Pancake offerings are chocolate chip, banana or blueberry, and fillings are in the dough. Pancakes are enormous, thick, fluffy, moist, and loaded—also, BEST French toast on the island. French toast has a corn flakes cereal crust. Kimchi fried rice with an over-easy egg is my favorite dish. The menu is full of other yummy items. The brewed coffee is decent, with room for improvement, unless you're with the masses on Island who loves light brewed cowboy-style coffee. Judy's is well worth the drive and money. Enjoy....
