Mattys Barbeque — Restaurant in Saipan

Last night at the carnival I order a bento from matty's barbecue stand. I ask if I'm gonna pay while I wait or once I get my food but the person assisting me said I can pay while I wait so I gave her my token and she told the other workers to assist me so the other worker help me and when I'm gonna take my food and left they ask me to pay again I told them I paid already. I was just staring at the person that assist me earlier and she look at me like I don't know what I'm talking about. Please let me know if that...

If you're looking for cheap food, then this place is perfect. Parking sucks, and the food isn't the highest of quality, but it tastes good. Good spot if you want large quantities of Filipino food for cheap.

EDIT Quality of food has been falling. Recently had a friend served TERRIBLY UNDERCOOKED pork. and when he confronted the cooks they claim they've never served him before. So be sure to check your order well before leaving the stand.

Excellent value for money here. Just don't expect Michelin-star quality for 50 cents (which is what they charge for a stick of barbecue). I tend to enjoy pork over chicken or beef because it is softer and absorbs marinades better. They also sell Filipino-style lumpia which again is excellent...
