Bella’s Pizza — Restaurant in Salem

The past 3 orders we have made we have had issues with. All three times I had to call and ask where my delivery was since each time it was 1.5 - 2 hours after I ordered. All three orders showed up barely at room temp. This last time, a couple days ago, the food showed up cold. Burger, fries and cheese sticks were cold. Like they had been sitting in a cold car. The sandwich I ordered was completely wrong. Not even the right style and had pork on it and I don’t eat pork. I was specific when I ordered it. I called and finally spoke to the owner about my concerns. She was incredibly RUDE. Told me that they don’t make mistakes. I requested a refund for my sandwich since I couldn’t eat it and reiterated that my husbands food was cold. She told me that wasn’t possible. She told me she was sending the driver to pick up my sandwich because she wasn’t going to get scammed out of free food before she refunded me for the sandwich. I said fine and waited for 2 hours and nobody showed up. No refunds were...

Great food however we sent our coworker over for an order and they ended up sending him back with wrong order. He goes back and they scream at him saying he needs to tell them specifically what order etc. I get ur stressed and it's overwhelming but you do not need to be so abrupt and rude when u can confirm as well with customers. This seems to be an ongoing issues lately other customers have said the same so we came here to explain mistakes happen but paying customers...

Was visiting in Salem today and had seen good comments about Bella Pizza on fb, so I gave it a try. I ordered a medium, thin crust pizza with extra sauce on the side. It was one of the best pizzas I've eaten in a long time! Very tasty crust and the sauce was excellent. I will order from them again the next time I'm in Salem. It's real diamond...
