Walking into this Burger King, I felt as if I was being introduced to some sort of alien-invaded dystopian society; and it seems like all of the other customers felt the same way. We got takeout and almost all of our food was cold. Plus we were missing a Patty Melt. 52 dollars! Employees were on their phones and looked like they were on work release. Originally it took about 25 minutes to receive our soggy food, but when we returned after realizing what had happened, it took an additional 30 minutes to remake the order. At first they tried to just hand us a Whopper and send us on our way, even though we were still waiting on 4 more items. The employees were not rude, but just lazy. Luckily there was one lady who was super kind and remained optimistic after the restaurant mysteriously and suddenly shut down, causing a backed up line of expecting customers. Not sure what her name was, but she was appreciated. Overall, this experience made my family and I sick to our stomachs, literally and metaphorically.
