Kelli's Bar — Restaurant in Salem

The staff is a bit rude with customers. My husband was in Kelli's playing video poker and I decided to give it a try (I'm not much of a gambler and have only played a few times) when I arrived there was no place to park. The spots are so tight - it's difficult to even drive thru the side to the back of the bar. I eventually just parked in front of the little market next door (since it was empty and I was only going to be a min). My first impression of the bar was what I expected, but wow is it small and packed inside. They squeezed a pool table in the back corner with the machines kitty corner - so if you are not playing don't expect to watch someone else (if a pool game is going - you will be in the way). After playing and loosing a quick $100 I had to use the restroom, the woman working there knocked loudly on the door and asked how long I would be in there. I was shocked - I had been in there for less than 5 mins. It was unsettling how loud she was and a little embarrassing. After that I left and I don't plan to return. Have been here a handful of times, usually to grab a personal pizza.which are very good by the way. And only have a single drink or two while waiting for my food so I can't speak to the night scene but for the short amount of time I've spent there it's always a very chill and relaxing experience. The owner is a very sweet and friendly and funny lady who always makes me feel welcome as does her daughter. Nothing bad to say about kelli's. If you haven't...

Everyone is so great here! Staff is always accommodating, they check in regularly and are willing to make any drink. The food here is delicious sandwiches and pizza are made to order and never disappoint. They have multiple tvs and are willing put on any game you want.
