Stood outside in line for 20 minutes before closing in mosquito infested air. Got up to the front to see a cash only sign. Ok cool. ATM inside. Kid tells me their out of cash in the atm. Women kept saying we would if we could over and over really loud so the customers couldn't hear when u was telling women behind me they wouldn't let me split it and made it sound like I was bad mouthing when really my point was whether it's the register or the people my payment wasn't being spilt so why did she keep repeating "we would if we could it's the systems fault" who cares the point...
Read moreI love moos place but they seemed very understaffed on Monday night. I stood in line for about 10 minutes with no one in front of me. When I was finally asked to order , I waited for another few minutes. No problem. But my cone was broken and my ice cream fell to the ground. So I got in line again, 1 person in front of me. We waited over 10 minutes for the gentleman in front of me to be waited on. Again I'm standing there waiting to buy another ccone(only a dish this time). But after nearly 20 minutes I just gave up. So no ice cream for me. They need a better system...
