Taco Bell — Restaurant in Salem

This Taco Bell told me they don’t have to call my name when my food is ready if I order in the app which is already a stupid rule. I was told if I order on the app I should let them know I am waiting on an order and give them my name and they would let me know when it’s ready. I did as was requested by the staff. For the fourth time my food was up and waiting but they did not call my name. Just presenting the spiel that corporate provided. The app is supposed to make things simpler. As a former worker I would like to say that this place is absolutely filthy and I will never eat there again. Half of the dishes they use in the morning are dirty and I know this because I opened. The manager Sheron really likes to not wear gloves as she preps and touches all of the food in the morning and let me you that woman has some NASTY looking long fingernails.I also have a friend who’s an exterminator and he highly suggests that you don’t eat there. As a side note I would also like to say that I am a single father and I was fired for calling in because my daughter was sick with hand foot and mouth (which is a highly contagious disease) and I needed to stay home to take care of her and to not spread it everyone in the workspace and to customers. Their new STREAMLINED menu is not streamlined at all!!!!!!!! They're taking away all the good stuff and it's generally a pain! 0/10 stars do not recommend!!!!! The staff here are absurdly incompetent and rude as hell. Took my husband almost an hour to get a small order (a few burritos and a thing of nachos), people who came in after us were getting their food well before us.

Edit 12/4: cold Cinnabons (which we were told they were waiting on fresh ones), messy grilled thingies, everything was cold, and they shorted us. We ordered dragon fruit freezes (2 large) and they didn't have the syrup, my husband complained and the lady handed us two medium drink cups. The price difference from a medium drink to a large freeze is almost a dollar each. We live ten minutes from this place. Our food should have still been at least warm when...
