Attempted to have dinner there with my family tonight . Went in placed an order for fries first because my baby was hungry . I told her I would come up in a few minutes to place my pizza order once we were decided. I came up within 5 minutes placed my order for two pizzas and paid $35 .00 . Went and sat down at my table. After 30 minutes of waitimg and not seeing barely anyone coming or going i was confused as to what the hold up could be. So I went up and asked the girl if they would call us when it is ready as my baby was by that point slightly antsy. As was my 7 yr old and fiance. Another ten to 15 minutes passed and I went up again. I ask the cooks In the back where my pizza is . They go what pizza? I explained I had placed my order and paid . They said they never received it . I didn't get an apology then and an offer to have my pizza on the house like I should have rightly received by that point , but he said he would make them. So I have my fiance take the baby to the car as he was crying by that point and I go in to wait. I got my pizzas fast by then but when the man asked if I wanted them to go I had to ask to be compensated for at least one pizza . It seemed to upset them there that I asked that . I also saw one guy gesticulate towards me from the cook line while i was waiting , clearly discussing me with frustration. So once the pizzas were done i grabbed my food . I called Tessi’s in Salem, NH to place an order for my daughter’s fifth birthday party the day before the party at Phantom Gymnastics—only because Phantom Gymnastics recommended them and said they offered a 10% discount. I placed an order for eight large pizzas and was told it would be delivered at noon sharp the next day. I was even asked if I’d be paying with cash or card. I told them cash and confirmed I’d see them the next day.
Fast forward to 12:05 PM on the day of the party—I called to ask which door they’d be coming in through, and guess what? They had NO RECORD of my order. None. The person who took my order “wasn’t working that day,” and the staff seemed completely unprepared and unconcerned. Because it was a large order and they hadn’t even started making it, they couldn’t get it there before the party ended.
So I had TWENTY hungry kids at a birthday party with no food—something we had clearly planned and confirmed. This was not just an inconvenience—it was humiliating and devastating for what was supposed to be a special day for my daughter.
It is beyond unacceptable that they didn’t write the order down or have any system in place to track something this important. I will never, ever recommend Tessi’s to anyone I know, and I will absolutely be telling Phantom Gymnastics about...

I call back, the woman tells me she will bring the new one right on on her next delivery. Waited over an hour ( keep in mind we aren't even ten minutes up the road) Here's the BEST part....she shows up and wants the old salad back. We said...during a pandemic, you want the salad back? lol NO. She demanded either the salad back or we pay for the new one. Coolbeans go away we don;t want it. I call the shop...THEY WON'T ANSWER, because of caller ID. I call from a different number, imagine that...answered first ring. Explained everything to the manager / owner.
