Laura's Pizza 2 — Restaurant in Salford Township

The location is a bit off the beaten path, so it's nice & quiet. We were greeted warmly. There's a dining area that we entered into & another dining area through a doorway. Sitting near the windows, the view is of the parking lot. The interior is comfortably devorated & has a road-side diner feel. I enjoyed a Toscano salad with chicken & house made dressing. It was to die for- the entirety of the salad was perfect. The server was jovial & attentive; allowing an ease into the meal and atmosphere. I am not usually one to complain or write a review but tonight I was very disappointed. Ordered a meal to pick up and when I got home the salad was not with the order. I called back hoping someone would be willing to make things right by delivering the forgotten salad to my house 1 mile away. Yea, that didn't happen. Instead I got, "Next time you are in the area we will give you a salad free of charge" Good to know. You would think with businesses suffering due to the pandemic, we might have tried a little harder to satisfy a customer. Thanks...

I ordered a vegetarian stromboli and asked for no mushrooms. Came loaded with mushrooms. Asked for chicken cheesesteak hoagie and got a steak sandwich with sauce and onions. When I complained I was given attitude, by the OWNER, as if it was somehow my fault. Food was pricey and wasn't even that good. Will NEVER go there again.

Edit: Original review was a few years ago. Heard they had a new owner so I decided to try them again. Food was good and the girl at the counter was very nice. I will start going there again as they are convenient...
